    使用上の注意

    • 問題点のパラメータがない状態で使用せず、どのような問題点があるか必ずパラメータで指定してください。
    • パラメータの指定が1個だけの場合はこのテンプレートは使用せず、対応した単独のテンプレートを使用してください。
    • 記事に多くの問題点がある場合、それら全てをパラメータに指定するのではなく、特に重要ないくつかに絞ってください。問題点の指摘が延々と並んでいると、かえって解決すべき問題を見失います。また、記事の出来が悪いことのレッテル貼りを目的に長大なリストを掲示しないで下さい。
    • このテンプレートをスタブカテゴリ代わりに使用しないでください。

    エラー

    このテンプレートを正しく使用していない場合、エラーメッセージが表示され、記事がCategory:テンプレート呼び出しエラーのあるページ/Template:複数の問題にカテゴライズされます。

    以下の条件でエラーとなります。

    • 日付が正しい形式（「yyyy年m月」）で指定されていない場合。
    • 「出典の明記」・「存命人物の出典明記」・「BLP unsourced」が重複して指定されている場合。
    • 「出典の明記」と「未検証」の両方が指定されている場合。
    • 「未検証」が指定されているのにノートに議論が無い場合。
    • 存在しない特筆性の「分野」パラメータを指定した場合。
    • 廃止されたパラメータが指定されている場合。
